Noriyuki Ebina
Form follows function. I really like this famous quote by Louis Henry Sullivan. It's functional beauty in other words, and is my motto for design. Furniture is one of everyday tools used most frequently. I always try to exclude vanity to give products as long life as possible.
After graduating from the Tokai University Department of Design in 1982, Noriyuki Ebina starts his design career with Kenmochi Design Institute
in 1987 Noriyuki moves back to Hokkaido and works for a furniture company as a design staff
In 1992 he launches Prime Design Office in Asahikawa to provide design services for many of Japan’s leading furniture producers.
